SECTION 2 – PRE-ORDER & PROCESSING POLICY

Some products on Adora The Label are pre-orders, while others are ready-to-ship, as shown on each product page.

Pre-Order Items:

  • Processed and shipped in batches directly from our supplier.

  • May take 2–6 weeks to arrive after the pre-order closing date (estimated).

  • Once placed, pre-orders cannot be cancelled or changed.

Ready-to-Ship Items:

  • Typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but shipping times can vary due to customs or carrier delays.

SECTION 3 – NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item is defective or incorrect.

SECTION 4 – DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email info@adorathelabel.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
We’ll review your case and provide a suitable resolution.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship within Canada and the USA. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Pre-orders: Shipped a few weeks after the closing date.

  • Ready-to-ship items: Usually processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Delivery times: Vary by destination.

  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any applicable fees.

Once your order ships, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.

SECTION 6 – PAYMENT POLICY

All payments are final.
By purchasing, you agree not to dispute or charge back payments related to pre-order timelines, as these are clearly stated prior to checkout.
